Spring Wild Food Walks

The wild food of Spring cleans the body, raises the metabolism and wakes us up after the winter hibernation.

This is an identification walk, rather than a gathering of produce, teaching you the wild food of Spring to make salads, soups, pesto, and teas, and herbal remedies.

You'll learn 15-20 edible plants and their poisonous lookalikes. How to find them, gather them and prepare them for every day cooking. The walk is only about a mile with most of it spent standing still, looking at plants. Muddy footpaths in places.
