The wild food of Spring cleans the body, raises the metabolism and wakes us up after the winter hibernation.
This is an identification walk, rather than a gathering of produce, teaching you how to identify the wild food of Spring to make salads, soups, pesto, teas, and herbal remedies.
You'll learn; 15-20 edible plants and their poisonous lookalikes; how to find them, gather them and prepare them for everyday cooking. The walk is only about a mile long with most of it spent standing still, looking at plants. Muddy footpaths in places.
Meeting in East Suffolk at a location to be given upon booking.
